All orders are hand made, packed and shipped all by me in my home office and can take some time to get out to you.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your items to be shipped to you or be ready for pick up.
Most parcels are sent using Sendle where you will receive email notifications from them about tracking your order. The orders that don't qualify to ship with Sendle will be sent through Australia Post and I will supply the tracking number in a fulfilment email once the item has been shipped.
If you selected Pick Up as your delivery method, you will receive an email once your order is ready to be picked up from my workplace located in Thornbury. When you receive this email message me to firstname.lastname@example.org to organise a date to pick up your item(s).
Pick up times are only at 10:45am and days vary each week from Tuesday - Sunday.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
I have a strict no return policy as most items are made to order.
If there is a fault with one of your items whether it be damaged or you received the wrong item, I will happily replace it free of charge.
